What you'll be doing: In this role will provide direct support to our children/young people helping them manage their emotional and behavioural difficulties through structured routines and therapeutic interventions to address the unique needs of each child. Fostering a sense of community is essential, as you will facilitate social interactions and encourage positive peer relationships amongst the children in our care. * It will support them in engaging in their daily activities and outings will promote their life skills and independence. * It is crucial to maintain a safe and answering environment that encourages personal growth and emotional stability.
