Day to Day Duties
Working as a Sales Administrator for our client your duties will be:
* Using our in-house pricing system to compile accurate prices for both telephone and written price requests
* Dealing with other customer queries on the phone including order queries and general advice
* Liasising with factory staff to ascertain lead time, stock levels etc.
* This role may expand into a technical sales role for the right candidate
* Other office duties will be required
As a Sales Administrator it is essential that you have:
* No experience required as full training will be given
* Good computer skills (Microsoft office especially)
* Strong communication with colleagues and customers
* Basic maths skills
* Must be able to work as part of a team
* Knowledge of ‘Opera’ would be beneficial but not essential
* Positive attitude to cope with workload in a busy office
* Willing to learn
* Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and contribute.

* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout.
