SVP Sales EMEA | Enterprise SaaS | £350,000 Package | West London (Hybrid)

West London – 3 Days Per Week in Office

£210,000 Basic Salary + £140,000 OTE + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Are you an exceptional sales leader with a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing enterprise software organisations across EMEA?

Do you have the strategic vision to shape regional growth and the commercial leadership skills to consistently deliver exceptional results?

If so, this could be one of the most significant sales leadership opportunities currently available in the European software market.

I'm partnering with a global software organisation entering an exciting phase of growth and transformation. They are seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead their EMEA business, drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build a world-class sales organisation.

This is a highly visible executive leadership role with significant influence across the wider business and direct involvement in shaping long-term commercial strategy.

The Opportunity

As SVP Sales EMEA, you will:

Own all EMEA revenue, bookings and growth targets

Define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy

Lead, develop and inspire a geographically distributed sales organisation

Drive enterprise sales excellence, forecasting accuracy and operational discipline

Build executive-level customer and partner relationships

Identify and execute strategic market expansion initiatives

Collaborate closely with global leadership teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations

Play a key role in influencing company-wide strategy and investment decisions

What We're Looking For

15+ years of enterprise software or SaaS sales experience

Significant leadership experience across EMEA and Continental Europe

A proven history of exceeding ambitious revenue targets

Experience building, scaling and coaching high-performing sales leaders

Strong enterprise sales expertise, forecasting discipline and operational excellence

Executive presence with the ability to influence board-level stakeholders

Experience leading large, complex, multi-country sales organisations
