North Lincolnshire is looking to recruit an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well structured team.

Main Duties:
1. Experience required working with Adults
2. Reviewing care packages and provision of moving and handling equipment.
3. Preferred experience using Liquid Logic
4. Complete Care Act assessments
5. Assess individuals and carers with complex needs in the home environment
6. Recommend and coordinate equipment and adaptations
7. Undertake manual handling assessments
8. Work in line with safeguarding procedures, promoting dignity and respect
Requirements:
9. Minimum 2 years post-qualified experience
10. Previous experience as a community-based Occupational Therapist
11. Manual handling expertise
12. HCPC Registration
13. Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can assist)
14. Eligibility to work in the UK
15. Must have own vehicle and full UK driving licence
