What you will be doing:
* Leading the Kitchen and Dining service across the home.
* Designing, presenting and delivering high quality menu options.
* Procuring ingredients and delivering impeccable customer service in line with Health, Safety, Food Hygiene and COSSH regulations.
* You will also have an opportunity to recruit, induct and develop within your department.
What you need to succeed:
* Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
* Intermediate food hygiene certificate.
* Knowledge of therapeutic diets and experience of delivering a high-quality service as a Head Chef is essential.
* Experience of recruiting, inducting and training your own team.
