Business Support Administrator - 12 Month FTC
ASOS is a fashion and technology company focused on helping people be their authentic selves. We offer a hybrid role based at our Camden Head Office, 3–4 days a week, for two 12-month FTC positions. Full training will be provided.
Overview
We’re looking for two organised and proactive Admin Assistants to join our Business Support team. You’ll work closely with Senior Business Support Admins and Leads, providing essential administrative and data entry support to keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Assist with admin tasks on ASOS buying and delivery systems (Oracle Merch Management, MicroStrategy, Microsoft applications and more).
* Raise and manage purchase orders (POs) and support in making amendments when required.
* Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of product or system information.
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide administrative support, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
* Ensure daily and weekly KPI targets are met consistently within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) with high accuracy.
* Maintain organised records of tasks and relevant documentation.
* Provide general administrative support to the Senior Business Support Admins as needed.
* Support the Business Operational Support Strategy and understand key operations projects and processes, seeking opportunities to develop own skills.
Qualifications
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Teams & Excel.
* Approachable and flexible working style.
* Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with various ASOS teams.
* Interest in ASOS.com.
