We’re looking for an experienced EMEA Shopper & Trade Marketing Leader to shape, build and own the shopper and trade agenda across EMEA. This is a rare opportunity to create a function from the ground up and make a visible commercial impact across brands, retailers, pharmacies, marketplaces and trade partners.

Your Mission
As our EMEA Shopper & Trade Marketing Lead, you’ll ensure our brands win where it matters most at the point of decision. Sitting at the intersection of Commercial, Marketing and E‑Commerce, you’ll transform brand strategy into retailer‑relevant execution that drives visibility, conversion and sustainable growth.

What you’ll lead & deliver
Own the Shopper & Trade Strategy
* Develop and define the shopper and trade marketing strategy across EMEA
* Translate brand plans into compelling shopper‑led execution
* Identify opportunities along the full path to purchase to drive sell‑in and sell‑out
* Lead activation across pharmacies, retailers, marketplaces, wholesalers and distributors
* Drive in‑store activation, retail media, POS, merchandising and shopper campaigns
* Ensure high‑quality, consistent and scalable execution across channels
Shopper Insight & Category Thinking
* Build deep understanding of shopper behaviour and category dynamics
* Use insights and retail data to shape activation and messaging
Product, Price, Place & Promotion Ownership
* Optimise assortments and hero SKUs in line with portfolio strategy
* Partner closely on pricing, promotional mechanics and value communication
* Own activation frameworks and improve promotional ROI
* Ensure brand campaigns translate effectively into retail environments
* Deliver consistent brand presence across the full purchase journey
Regulatory & Compliance Alignment
* Ensure all trade and shopper materials meet regulatory and medical standards
* Embed compliance into briefing, planning and approval processes
Ways of working, measurement & capability building
* Create playbooks, toolkits and ways of working for shopper & trade excellence
* Build KPIs, scorecards and visibility measures
Who we’re looking or
* Experience in FMCG, consumer health, beauty or retail
* Strong knowledge of retailer dynamics and customer planning
* A track record of building structure and capability in newly created roles
* Experience in regulated or pharmacy environments (ideal)
* Commercial sharpness and deep shopper understanding
* A collaborative approach with Sales, Marketing and SRM teams
