Main duties and responsibilities
1. Preparation and maintenance of weekly and monthly reporting,
2. Monitoring sales trends using personalised reports
3. Supporting our Sales team on “best price” requests to come to reasonable solutions
4. Administration in the development of new products, working alongside sales and marketing departments
5. Work closely with our FP&A Manager to help put together our annual Trade Price Book, ensuring we’re prepared for the year ahead.
6. Maintaining and monitoring customer price records
7. Working as part of a cross-functional team on projects with opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement functions
8. Any additional tasks required by the FP&A manager to help with your development within the role
Essential requirements
9. 1 Year of Administrative experience
10. Experience in a FMCG environment
11. Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Excel.
12. Experience in the use of Bespoke IT Systems
13. Strong communication skills
14. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
15. Ability to work on own initiative and manage own time effectively
16. Strong organisational skills
Desirable requirements
17. Qualifications in a finance or business-related subject
18. Understanding of the wider operational function of the business
19. Experience in the use of PowerBI
