About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join our London office. You will support the Head of Risk in embedding and enhancing the Risk Management Framework, providing clear, forward-looking risk oversight across the business, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This role sits within the second line of defence Risk Management function.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and enhance the Risk Management Framework, promoting risk awareness and training.
* Prepare and deliver risk reporting for committees, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
* Maintain risk registers, control documentation, and facilitate the RCSA process.
* Lead risk event reporting and contribute to emerging risk identification.
* Support stress testing, scenario analysis, ORSA, and internal model governance.
* Ensure compliance with UK regulatory requirements and assist in regulator engagement.
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 5 years’ Risk Management experience in the Lloyd’s/London Market.
* Strong communication skills and experience engaging senior management.
* Proactive, organised, analytical, and results-focused.
* Knowledge of Lloyd’s, PRA, and Solvency II regulatory requirements.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfortable using data/reporting tools.
