Requirements
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for non-household clients throughout the smart metering programme.
* Champion safety by ensuring all works comply with legislation, company policies, and best practice.
* Monitor and report on project logistics, ensuring installations are planned and executed with minimal disruption to customer operations.
* Collect, analyse, and report data on project performance, utilising insights to drive improvements and inform decision-making.
* Resolve customer issues swiftly and professionally, putting their needs at the centre of every project.
* Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless delivery and high standards of work.
* Prepare regular performance and quality reports for internal and client review.
Requirements
* Proven experience in account management, customer service, or stakeholder engagement within utilities, engineering, or infrastructure.
* Demonstrable commitment to safety and operational excellence.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills; confident working with data and reporting tools.
* Ability to prioritise customer needs while ensuring project logistics and quality requirements are met.
Relevant qualifications or training in a business, engineering, or customer service discipline preferred.
