We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Account Support Assistant to join our Telecoms team; you will work closely with the delivery service manager.
This is a fast-paced, varied role supporting multiple workstreams, where you'll play a key part in ensuring projects run smoothly, efficiently & to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and coordinate day-to-day delivery across multiple programmes of work
* Work closely with the Operations team to ensure jobs are scheduled and access requirements are met
* Liaise with external stakeholders (e.g. BT, CBRE) to arrange access permissions such as OBASS cards
* Act as an escalation point for site access issues that cannot be resolved by the Operations team
* Track and chase purchase orders (POs) and support invoice scheduling
* Monitor progress of samples and reports, ensuring KPIs are achieved and escalating risks where necessary
* Upload reports and maintain accurate data across client portals and internal trackers
* Produce and report on KPIs for internal stakeholders
* Support general administrative tasks, including raising and issuing quotes
* Attend regular update meetings (via Teams and occasionally in person)
* Provide day-to-day client and account support as required
About You
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and external stakeholders
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
* Comfortable working with data, trackers, and reporting tools
* Previous experience in telecoms, operations support, or a similar coordination role is desirable
