The Role
We’re growing our machinery sourcing team. As our European Supply Account Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the supply side of our marketplace, identifying and securing quality, desirable inventory for our international buyer network spanning Europe, North America, and beyond. Working closely with our Head of Supply and founders, you’ll help build a powerful machinery sourcing engine across Europe.
What You'll Do
* Build relationships that matter: Create and nurture strong partnerships with key suppliers across European markets
* Leverage data for smart decisions: Source quality machinery through rigorous data analysis and spot arbitrage opportunities
* Master the art of the deal: Use data-driven insights to make strategic bidding decisions on desirable machines
* Become an industry expert: Develop deep knowledge of agricultural and construction equipment markets and the factors that drive machinery value
* Negotiate win-win outcomes: Handle machinery sales with both customers and suppliers, ensuring all parties are satisfied
* Build trust through excellence: Maintain rapid response times and act with integrity while juggling multiple conversations and managing deals across different currencies
* Recent university graduate or 1–2 years in a business development role
* Fast learner with strong analytical mindset and comfort with data-driven decision making
* Ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure
* Self-starting attitude with natural drive and initiative
* Strong objection handling and negotiation capabilities
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Tech-savvy approach, always looking to leverage AI tools and improve efficiency
* Comfortable with phone-based customer interactions
* Proficiency in French, Spanish, German, or Polish is a plus
* Previous experience in the machinery industry is helpful but not required
