Our 59,000 sqft facility is complete with client services, creatives, technicians and production which means we have full autonomy over each of our projects. No need to outsource, it's all right here in-house.

We've designed and implemented digital innovation for some leading brands, including lift and learn technology, as well as the iconic No Strings Attached campaign for ghd.

While many agencies might shout about this, we live and breathe retail, from our creative strategy through to crafted manufacturing, we really do it all

The Opportunity:

We are looking to recruit Team Leaders to work in our cardboard temporary displays Production Team, producing units for clients, for example units promoting cosmetics in shops.

You will be working with and overseeing permanently employed and agency Production Operators on an assembly line.

Following training and support, you will:

* Supervise and coordinate production activities.
* Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
* Train new employees on production processes and safety procedures.
* Implement and maintain quality control measures.
* Identify areas for process improvement.
* Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

This includes setting up for the day before the line is ready to start work at 8am.

The Team:

You will be reporting to our Production Manager, working with 4 Production Team Leaders, who will support you.

We have a team of 14 permanently employed Production Operators, with fluctuating agency workers, who help us meet the moving operational demands of levels of production required. Some of our agency workers will be working with us on an ongoing, regular basis. Some will be new to working with us and require support to get up to our requirements and speed.

Overall, we have 100 employees working across the business and your team will be part of a wider team responsible for the production of temporary displays.

Training and Support:

We have an experienced Production Manager and Team Leaders who will support you to adapt to our ways of working, to get you to where you need to be as a Team Leader with us.

Requirements:

* Right to work in the UK
* Able to get to us reliably.
* Able to work from 7.45am till 5pm Monday to Friday.
* Clear communicator with strong organisational skills.
* Ability to manage a multicultural team.
* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
* Able to work well under pressure, meeting demanding deadlines, with a calm, positive and organised approach to challenging situations.
* Experience of working to targets and helping others work to targets.
* Flexibility to meet demands of the role in both timing and approach.
* Confident to oversee and lead people within a production environment.
* Respectful kind and fair, with empathy for the challenges of your colleagues.
* Display great attention to detail.
* Ability to work within an environment where health and safety adherence is paramount.
