Navitas Resourcing Group are looking for an A Contract TL/Managing Consultant or a Principal Consultant with a desire to step into a management role to join our high performing London, Victoria office, focusing within the EU Renewable Energy or Data Centre market. Who are you?
In this position you will be supported and coached by leadership with over 20+ years of energy recruitment experience. In return we are looking for someone who has:
* 2.5+ years experience in Contract Wind, Solar, BESS, Data Centre, Hydrogen or similar markets
* Experience operating a 360 desk with a successful track record of winning new business
* An ambitious work ethic, shown through consistency and hard work
* A ‘get up and go’ mindset, with a passion for finding creative solutions and delivering them
* Motivation to provide a high‑quality service and go the extra 1% for your candidates, clients and colleagues
