Supply Chain Coordinator
Full-time | Office-based | Nottinghamshire
We're looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator to join a growing UK business supplying major retailers with trade and DIY products.
This is a newly created role and a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive, and keen to build experience in supply chain and operations.
What you'll be doing
* Supporting demand planning and basic forecasting
* Raising and tracking purchase orders with suppliers
* Monitoring shipments, deliveries, and containers
* Communicating with suppliers about orders and timelines
* Helping improve and document supply chain processes
* Providing general supply chain and admin support
This is a busy role where you'll be trusted to get stuck in and take ownership.
What we're looking for
* Strong administration or operations experience
* Good organisation and attention to detail
* Confident communicator, happy to ask questions
* Proactive, hands-on approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
You don't need direct supply chain experience - we're open to:
* Graduates with admin-heavy experience
* Career changers from retail, buying, wholesale, or logistics
* Experienced administrators interested in supply chain
Training will be provided.
Working pattern
* Office-based, 5 days per week
* Monday-Thursday: 8am-5pm
* Friday: early finish around 4pm
* Parking available and good public transport links
