Job Title: Learning and Development Facilitator Location: Highbury & Islington. Please be aware there is no step free access on premises. Salary: £32,600 Annually Shift Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00. You may be required to work bank holidays and outside these hours About the Role We’re recruiting a Learning & Development Facilitator to join our team, delivering impactful training and support that empowers individuals to reach their full potential. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging learning programmes while also working closely with individuals to support their development. You will play a key role in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment and ensuring training is accessible, meaningful, and aligned to organisational needs. This is a varied and rewarding position where you will combine training delivery, coaching, and hands-on support to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging training sessions (face-to-face, virtual, and blended) Develop high-quality learning materials, including activities, handouts, and e-learning content Create and maintain structured learning programmes that meet organisational needs Facilitate one-to-one and group sessions to support individual development Monitor progress and evaluate training effectiveness, using feedback to continuously improve Maintain accurate training and support records using internal systems Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure service delivery Promote a positive learning culture across the organisation Support with general administrative tasks related to training and programme delivery About You We are looking for a confident, approachable, and proactive individual with a passion for learning and development. You will be a good communicator who can build positive relationships and adapt your approach to suit different audiences and learning styles. You will enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
