This role offers the chance to provide meaningful, tailored support every day.
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting pupils with autism throughout the school day
Promoting communication and social skills development
Following personalised support and behaviour plans
Encouraging engagement in lessons and structured activities
Maintaining a safe and nurturing learning environment
What we’re looking for:
Experience working with children or young people with additional needs
Understanding of autism and structured support approaches
Patient, adaptable, and proactive mindset
Ability to work effectively within a team
DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
Driver’s licence desirable
