About the Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced and committed Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping and laundry service within their care home. The successful candidate will ensure the home remains a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and visitors.
This is a hands-on leadership role, where youll be responsible for supervising a small team, maintaining Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) standards, and ensuring all resident rooms and communal spaces meet consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

1. Proactively monitor the cleanliness and presentation of the home, ensuring it always meets a high homely standard.
