This role’s shifts are based on Nights (Monday to Friday).

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage issues or problems.
* Dealing externally with customers, ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times.
An understanding of the transport industry is preferred but not essential. Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience in dealing directly with customers. A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is essential for the role.
