We are looking for a proactive and organised PA / Administrator to join our team within the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work and is eager to develop their skills with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing and maintaining Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
* Compiling and issuing O&M Manuals
* Handling invoices, emails, and general correspondence
* Supporting day-to-day administration duties across the business
* Providing assistance to management and project teams as required
What We're Looking For:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good IT skills (Microsoft Office experience preferred)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* A positive, can-do attitude – willingness to learn is essential
