Responsibilities

As Assistant Conference & Events Manager, you will:

* Support the C&E Manager in overseeing the set‑up and smooth running of all events
* Bring expert knowledge of daily operations, safety procedures and departmental guidelines
* Lead by example – supporting, coaching and motivating the team
* Collaborate closely with departments across the Resort to deliver seamless service
* Ensure every event, from intimate meetings to large‑scale conferences, runs flawlessly
