We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Supervisor to make with the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and food service, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of food safety and customer service.
Duties
* Supervise and lead a team of restaurant staff, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
* Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
* Manage inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies
* Develop and maintain relationships with vendors.
* Train new staff on restaurant policies, procedures, and best practices in hospitality.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly.
Skills
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team management and supervising staff effectively.
* Previous experience in a restaurant is essential.
* Knowledge of bartending practices is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills to foster a positive atmosphere among staff and guests alike.
