Office Manager, Part-Time (3-4 days p/w)

We are working on a fantastic opportunity with a growing boutique search firm as a part-time Office Manager in their London office. This is an operational role in which you will be involved in a wide range of responsibilities and make a real impact in the company.

The Role:

In this role, you will be working closely with the Operations Director and have the opportunity to be involved in different areas as the company continues to expand. Your operational remit will span HR, finance, office management, and responsibilities will include:

* Office management: supplies, tech setup, building liaison, health & safety, compliance, upkeep.
* Finance admin: invoices, payment follow-up, expenses.
* HR support: onboarding, training, HRIS updates, recruitment coordination.
* Supplier liaison: coordination and issue resolution.
* Front desk: calls, inbox, visitor welcome.
* EA cover: support for the CEO’s assistant during leave.
* Growth: opportunity to expand into future projects.

This is an ideal position for a self-sufficient, proactive, and confident Office Manager who wants to become an integral part of a team. We’re looking for someone who is confident, comfortable working at a fast pace and able to juggle multiple responsibilities.

Benefits and Details:

* £45,000 - £55,000 FTE base salary.
* Part-time: 3-4 days per week with 1 WFH.
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
