Salary: £30-36,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings and specifications.
* Work closely with architects and senior team members to deliver projects from concept to completion.
* Liaise with external consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
* Ensure all work complies with relevant planning, building, and environmental standards.
* Contribute to the smooth delivery of projects across a variety of sectors.
Skills and Experience
* Sufficient experience in an architectural practice.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (experience in BIM workflows advantageous).
* Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing.
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
