Salary: £80,000-£90,000
Work Pattern: Hybrid (1/2 days per week on-site)
A fast-growing technology company is seeking a Technical Consultant to support its continued expansion. This hybrid role is based in Newcastle, requiring one/two days per week in the office, with only occasional travel.
This role will act as a key bridge between sales, product, and engineering teams. You’ll play a vital role in the pre-sales process, engaging with clients to understand their needs, demonstrate technical solutions, and guide integration and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Collaborate with prospective clients to explore technical needs and align solutions with their business strategies.
2. Present solution overviews and lead technical sessions that highlight core product functionality and integration benefits.
3. Craft solution approaches tailored to each client’s technical landscape and compliance requirements.
4. Support implementation teams and clients during integration, offering hands-on technical assistance.
5. Manage technical onboarding activities and deliver continued support to ensure long-term customer success.
