Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team in providing exceptional customer experiences at our venue. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest services. This is a full time role, working a minimum of 30 hours per week including evenings and weekends.
Duties:
* Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
* Take food and drink orders accurately
* Provide menu recommendations and upsell additional items
* Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly
* Assist with food preparation when necessary
* Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
* Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area
* Handle guest queries and concerns with tact and efficiency
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 years experience in a bar/restaurant or hospitality environment.
* Proficiency in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Knowledge of basic maths for handling transactions accurately
* Familiarity with culinary terms and practices is beneficial
