The Role We are looking for a compassionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our team. You will work closely with teachers and other professionals to support pupils with a range of needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. Key Responsibilities Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored learning activities Provide one-to-one and small group support Help manage behaviour in a positive and supportive manner Support students with personal care where required Contribute to maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment What We’re Looking For A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Relevant experience (preferred but not essential) A willingness to learn and undertake training All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
