We are currently seeking applications from Quantity Surveyors with experience of commercial builds within the UK to join our Tier 1 client. This is an exciting time to join their experienced commercial team as they have a number of multi-million pound flagship projects to deliver over the coming years, where you'll play a key role in ensuring commercial excellence. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all project costs and income within your area of responsibility, support procurement, and contribute to commercial strategy and reporting across the project. You will work closely with the wider project team and external supply chain partners to ensure best value and robust commercial governance. You may also support and mentor less experienced commercial team members. What you'll be doing Key Responsibilities Manage costs, income, and financial reporting for your work packages. Measure, value and interpret works information, drawings and specifications. Prepare Bills of Quantities, cost reconciliations, and estimates from first principles. Use digital systems and ERP platforms to manage data and reporting. Support procurement activities — subcontract enquiries, adjudication and award.
