We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Outcome Research Strategy Lead to join our Real-World Evidence (RWE) function within a global biopharmaceutical organization. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing evidence generation strategies that support access and demonstrate the differentiated value of innovative therapies across immunology-related indications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a fit-for-purpose outcome research strategy aligned with market access, medical, and development objectives.
* Lead the design, planning, and execution of outcome research studies using real-world data (RWD), including registries and longitudinal databases.
* Identify data gaps and opportunities to improve patient care and demonstrate clinical, economic, and humanistic outcomes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with health economics, medical affairs, market access, and global development teams.
* Represent RWE needs within asset teams and ensure integration with broader evidence generation plans.
* Build and maintain partnerships with external experts, healthcare decision-makers, and relevant stakeholders to shape evidence requirements.
* Drive methodological innovation, incorporating advanced analytics and novel study designs into the RWE portfolio.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in outcomes research or RWE generation within the pharmaceutical industry, consultancy, or academic setting.
* Strong understanding of market access dynamics and the ability to translate evidence needs into actionable research strategies.
* Proven experience with real-world data (both primary and secondary sources) and a solid record of project delivery and scientific publications.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence internal and external stakeholders.
* Advanced degree in health economics, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy, or a related field is preferred.
