As our Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting project managers and teams to ensure seamless project execution. Your tasks will include:
Coordinating project schedules and resources
Maintaining project documentation and reports 📑
Communicating with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment
Assisting in budget tracking and financial reporting
Organising project meetings and taking minutes
Providing administrative support to the project teamEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in an office environment as an administrator or similar role
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
