About the Role
* As a HLTA, you will: Support the teaching and learning of pupils across the primary age range (EYFS-KS2)
* Lead small group interventions and cover whole class teaching when required
* Work closely with class teachers to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive learning
* Help assess pupils progress and contribute to their development
About You
* Were looking for someone who:
* Holds HLTA status (or equivalent qualification/experience)
* Has experience working in a primary school setting
* Is confident in delivering lessons and managing a classroom environment
* Is flexible, proactive, and committed to the success of every child
* Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
