Job Title: Senior Childcare Practitioner / Senior Residential Support Worker Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Service Users: Children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties About the Provider This is a medium-sized private organisation operating 10 children’s homes. The group has a strong Ofsted track record, with homes rated Good and an ambition to achieve Outstanding. They are continuing to expand across the East Midlands and Northamptonshire to support more children and young people, with a clear focus on delivering the best possible outcomes through a nurturing, supportive environment. Progression There are genuine opportunities to progress within the organisation, including pathways into Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, and Regional roles. Working Pattern and Pay Shifts are worked on a condensed pattern of 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleeps included within this rota. Salary is up to £37,600 per annum inclusive of sleeps.
