Role Specification: Regular cleaning of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and other public areas. Disinfecting high-touch surfaces and equipment. Emptying trash bins, replacing liners, and ensuring proper disposal of waste. Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and maintaining the cleanliness of floors. Replenishing restroom supplies, including toilet paper, soap, and hand towels. Notifying management of any maintenance issues or safety hazards. Person Specification: Essential Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and handle cleaning equipment. Desirable Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
