About the role
This position manages Artwork for Germ Protection Innovation Big Bets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of artworks that adhere to company and brand guidelines. You will also collaborate with the Artwork Agency partner to deliver artworks.
Responsibilities
1. Champion the Global Artworks Operating Procedure during project rollouts across markets.
2. Coordinate and support Brandworks & Artworks projects between CGO, Design, GLARA, IMEX, Supply, and Packaging teams.
3. Prioritize agency resources across initiatives and manage the artwork production process end-to-end.
4. Create or co-create Pack Copies with support from Brand Teams.
5. Brief agencies for MAW’s and LAW’s.
6. Assist in annual artwork planning.
Experience and skills required
Strong skills in artwork delivery, management, and project management are essential. A good understanding of branding and marketing principles is also required.
Ability to work in a matrix organization, with strong interpersonal skills to manage multiple stakeholders across functions and levels. Entrepreneurial, autonomous, with a strong sense of urgency and resilience. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate across varying market maturities are important. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.
