Woking (Office-Based)
Up to £35,000 DOE
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

About the Company
Our client is a well-established, family-run business with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality service to a loyal and growing customer base. Due to continued success, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Service Scheduler to join their busy and supportive team.
The Opportunity
This is a key position within the business, where you will play a vital role in coordinating engineers, subcontractors, and customer bookings to ensure efficient service delivery.
You will be responsible for managing a mix of reactive callouts and planned preventative maintenance (PPM), ensuring schedules are optimised and customers receive a seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling engineers and subcontractors to maximise efficiency
* Managing reactive callouts alongside planned maintenance visits
* Maintaining accurate records across CRM systems and Outlook calendars
* Coordinating bookings via customer portals
* Preparing and issuing RAMS, permits, and job documentation
* Processing quotations and raising service jobs
* Liaising with internal teams including parts, procurement, and accounts
* Handling customer queries via phone and email
* Supporting general office and customer service functions
About You
* Previous experience in a scheduling, coordination, or service administration role
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
* High attention to detail and ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
