Our client based in Laindon, Essex is looking for an experienced Sales Invoicing Administrator to join their small friendly team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week). The ideal candidate for this role will have previous Sales Ledger and Administration experience preferably gained within the service industry. Excellent communication and numeracy skills along with a good eye for detail and accuracy is a must for this role. The Part-time Sales Invoicing Administrator will involve: -

* Checking information on engineers’ timesheets and entering the data onto the system

* Collating and processing information required for the preparation and production of customer invoices

* Managing and maintaining accurate entries onto client portals

* Resolving client’s invoicing queries

* Assisting the Contracts Manager with costings for contract renewals

* Logging call information accurately

* Carrying out general administrative duties including organising and maintaining the filing systems both manually and electronically

* Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

What you will need for the Part-time Sales Invoicing Administrator role: -

* Previous Sales Ledger and Administrative experience (ideally gained within the service industry)

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise your workload

* Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team

* Articulate, professional communication skills and the ability to liaise with people of all levels

* Good numeracy skills

* A flexible approach and the strive to get things done correctly

* Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Accounting software (Sage or similar is preferred)

What’s in it for you

In return for your hard work, our client is offering a salary of £17,000pa, on-site car parking and 28 days holiday (Including Bank Holidays) Pro-rata.

The working hours will be Tuesday’s, Wednesday’s and Thursday’s 9.00am to 5.00pm, however this can be flexible and discussed at interview stage.
