This role is for someone who wants to shape a sync vision, not just service one.
Opportunity
We are looking for a Marketing & Sync Manager to help lead and grow our sync business globally. This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our creative and commercial strategy, working directly with senior leadership, A&R and our global sync team. You will champion our writers, build meaningful relationships, and drive culturally relevant placements across film, TV, brands and emerging media.
You’ll have real autonomy, visibility and the space to make your mark.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Creative & Strategic Sync
* Procure, lead and contribute to pitching our catalogue and writers across film, TV, advertising, gaming and new formats
* Source, build and maintain business relationships with music supervisors, agencies, brands and creative partners
* Develop and execute thoughtful marketing campaigns (new music, creating themed playlists, samplers, showcases, gigs)
* Collaborate closely with A&R to position new signings for sync success
* Organise and curate sync writing camps
* Represent the company at key industry events and creative spaces
* Work with global sub‑publishers to grow international sync revenue
Licensing & Deal Flow
* Handle quotes and approvals and lead sync deals from brief to invoice with clarity and confidence
* Negotiate licences and manage rights clearances
* Track briefs, deal progress and payments
* Share clear reporting and insights with the wider team
This is a full‑cycle role combining creativity, strategy and commercial execution.
Who We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box - we’re more interested in potential, perspective and taste.
You likely have:
* 2+ years’ experience in sync, licensing or music marketing
* Confidence pitching music and building long‑term relationships
* A strong understanding of publishing and rights
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Comfort juggling multiple projects and deadlines
You are:
* Passionate about music and contemporary culture
* Collaborative, thoughtful and commercially minded
* Comfortable owning decisions and asking questions
* Curious, ambitious and ready to grow
* In possession of a well‑used passport and open to travel to create international relationships and build sync opportunities on a global scale
Experience with CRM tools, Disco or similar platforms is a plus.
