The Job:
As a Product Commercialisation Manager, you'll get to drive the execution and sales growth of new STANLEY products across the EMEA and ANZ regions. Working closely with Product Managers, Regional Sales Teams, and Trade Marketing, you’ll focus on delivering measurable growth from new product launches, ensuring alignment with our overall strategic priorities.
The second critical area of focus will be identifying and converting new business opportunities by guiding regions on the right product propositions and accelerating sales through proactive engagement and support. This role requires frequent regional travel to ensure alignment, fast execution, and achievement of sales targets, making it ideal for someone with a strong sales and commercial background, excellent influencing skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Accountabilities:
1. Build strong relationships with regional teams, central marketing, and product managers to drive collaboration.
2. Support regions in developing New Product Operating Plans and ensure they have the necessary tools and materials to win business.
3. Deliver compelling presentations and product proposition decks to key retailers, focusing on customer and end-user needs.
4. Track, follow up, and ensure effective execution of commercial initiatives and best-in-class local market execution.
5. Share and implement best practices across regions, including insights from the US and GEM, and collaborate with Supply Chain for accurate forecasting.
