Kolt Recruitment are looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager for our client’s body shop to facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and site profitability by motivating, supporting and managing the team to deliver a quality repair.
Key Experience
* Bodyshop Management
* Audatex preferred
* Customer Satisfaction
* Manages key KPI’s including but not exclusively, estimate conversion, hours per job card
* To build a rapport and qualify customers’ requirements by talking and listening to customers and understanding their requirements - both their stated and unconscious requirements
* Uses a good understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needs
* Agrees the detail of the work that is to be carried out
* Scheduling work to meet customer requirements, taking into account Bodyshop utilisation targets, and job complexity and parts/materials availability
* Co-ordinating Bodyshop activity to deliver agreed work
* Liaising with Parts Department to ensure all parts arrive on time for repairs to commence.
