Tomorrow are working alongside a leading branding and advertising agency working across a wide range of commissions, from global sports and fashion brands to leading arts and cultural institutions. They are sought out by brands seeking to delve into relevant creative currents, and they achieve this by strategy driven, highly conceptual and experimental design - replacing formulaic signifiers of luxury and glamour with intrigue and attitude.
They're looking for a Senior Art Director who lives and breathes creativity - someone who can take a spark of an idea and turn it into striking, story-driven visual experiences. This is a role for a creative leader who can move seamlessly from concept to execution, inspiring teams and shaping ideas that make an impact.
You’ll collaborate with a talented mix of designers, editors, and producers to craft powerful visual storytelling across campaigns, digital content, and brand experiences.
What You'll Do
* Lead the development of bold creative concepts and visual storytelling for brand campaigns and digital content.
* Translate strategy and brand insight into fresh, breakthrough visual narratives.
* Direct photo and video shoots, ensuring every frame aligns with the creative vision.
* Collaborate with designers, producers, and editors to bring visual ideas to life.
* Develop standout ideas using photography, video, and emerging creative tools.
* Support content creation across campaigns, launches, and partnerships.
* Use AI and reference tools to generate inspiring, on-brand visual directions.
Key Responsibilities
* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams - including copy, strategy, accounts, media, and production.
* Present and sell creative ideas with confidence to senior stakeholders and clients.
* Maintain a high standard of design excellence and visual consistency across every project.
* Guide the creative process on set, ensuring alignment with the brand tone and creative intent.
* Push innovation in design, layout, motion, and emerging media platforms.
What You'll Bring
* 6+ years of experience in a creative or art direction role.
* A strong, diverse portfolio that showcases conceptual thinking and campaign work.
* Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools (e.g. Pitch).
* Familiarity with motion and video tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
* Excellent leadership, presentation, and communication skills.
* Proven ability to think conceptually and deliver at a high level.
* Experience directing photo and video shoots.
* A natural collaborator who can adapt quickly to new challenges and creative directions.
