Overview
An independent and industry leading Water Treatment company, with a strong presence in the South East of England, is recruiting a Water Treatment Service Chemist / Account Manager. This role is suitable for candidates experienced in Industrial process water systems, onsite analysis of steam boilers, closed systems and cooling towers, and in managing client accounts with continuous support and advice.

Experience & Qualifications
* Service chemist / account management experience with an established Water Treatment company.
* Excellent knowledge of chemicals used for dosing systems.
* Hold a Chemistry degree / qualification.
* Experience in sales / account management role.
* Ability to manage workload efficiently.
* Good IT skills.
* Strong communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels.
The Role
* Sampling and analysing steam boilers and cooling towers using onsite test kits.
* Liaising with clients professionally, dealing with queries, and providing support throughout the process.
* Closed system sampling, analysis, and dosing.
* Efficiently managing commercial and industrial client accounts.
* Upselling company services to new and existing clients, ensuring sales targets are met.
* Providing clients with quotes for work.
* Providing further training to employees on site.
* Acting as first point of contact for clients and attending meetings when required.
* Producing detailed reports for clients based on findings onsite.
