Pay Rates: GBP14.24 per hour (Randstad PAYE) OR up to GBP17.00 per hour (Umbrella / CIS)
Position: Temporary / Contract
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hard:working Skilled Labourer / Groundworks Assistant to join a busy, fast:paced commercial project in Cambridge.
This isnt your standard tidying role:we need someone who is happy to get stuck in with the ground crew. You will be supporting a major, well:established infrastructure and services contractor on:site.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with basic groundworks including shallow digging, trenching, and backfilling.
*
Moving materials, aggregates, and muck around the site safely.
*
Supporting skilled groundworkers, pipe:layers, and machine operators.
*
Maintaining site safety, clearing walkways, and general site duties as required.
What We Need From You:
*
Valid CSCS Card (Essential).
*
Full PPE (Hard hat, hi:vis, steel toe boots, gloves, and glasses).
*
Proven experience working as a Skilled Labourer or Groundwork Labourer.
*
Must be physically fit, reliable, and a good team player.
*
Ability to provide a minimum of one recent, checkable work reference.
