Role

* Support individuals with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.
* Provide life‑changing interventions focused on daily living, productivity and meaningful occupation to help manage risk and promote recovery.
* Work autonomously with a defined caseload, using advanced clinical reasoning and evidence‑based practice.
* Be involved in service development, clinical audits, research, and innovation within the OT service.
Experience – We’re Looking For a Practitioner Who Is
* A qualified and HCPC‑registered Occupational Therapist.
* Experienced in mental health or learning disabilities.
* Skills in using a variety of assessments, including MOHO‑based tools.
* Confident in managing complex clinical situations and risk.
* Motivated, reflective, and passionate about person‑centred care.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
