Lettings Accounts Administrator requirements:
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
8. Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities
9. Previous experience in lettings accounts, finance support, accounts administration or property administration is essential
10. Proactive, organised and solution-focused
11. Strong numerical skills
Duties for the Lettings Accounts Administrator role include:
12. Preparing payment runs
13. Issuing remittances and ensuring all documentation is correctly filed
14. Allocating incoming funds and reconciling accounts daily
15. Managing tenant and landlord account queries and chasing outstanding payments
16. Processing incoming invoices and determining appropriate allocation or action
17. Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies
18. Maintaining accurate digital filing systems and financial records
19. Supporting annual financial reporting and documentation requirements
20. Responding to daily email enquiries and resolving account-related issues
