You could be our next Customer Services Administrator to join our team to ensure accurate processing of invoices, claims and payments within a Third Party Logistics (3PL) setting.

* Responding and managing customer queries via e-mail and telephone in a professional and timely manner
* Investigating and resolving any delivery and pricing errors
* Frequent collaboration across the departments to support business objectives

* Can demonstrate their strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Showcase their excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Have practical experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) to complete daily tasks
* Can use enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as SAP or similar
