Responsibilities
* In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Use data analytics and insights to make our services better to drive Usage Management & Billing.
* Involvement in projects with project management methodology and tasks. New site build outs. Acquisitions and Mergers into Cummins IT standards.
* Analysis of business, user and stakeholder needs; eliciting and documenting.
* Supporting and improving IT and related business processes, utilising tools i.e. process flow mapping, value stream mapping, data collection, analysis and general problem solving.
* Support site CBS IT staff with voice moves, adds, and changes on voice systems for both mobile & desk phones.
* Liaison with vendors in the ordering, activating, supporting and deactivating of all mobile equipment.
Qualifications
* Studying towards a degree in IT, Business or Project Management related subject.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Building knowledge of IT Telecom systems and their interaction with business processes would be beneficial.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
