We are expanding our Local Supported Employment Team and are seeking passionate, driven individuals to join us on an 18‑month contract, until circa December 2027. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high‑profile programme delivering inclusive, person‑centred employment support in line with the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF). As a Job Coach, you will work directly with participants to support their journey into employment. Using a strengths‑based approach and the 5‑stage model, you will provide tailored coaching, advocacy, and in‑work support to help individuals secure and sustain employment and thrive in the workplace.
