What We Do
We provide a fully client-based, serviced approach to property investment. Our model involves acquiring properties from the open market, renovating them to a set standard, passing them to our lettings department for management, and reselling them to investors.
All functions are carried out in-house — from Property Surveying and Renovations to Lettings, Legal, and Sales & Marketing.

The Role
We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to be responsible for the day to day running of our lettings department. In this key role you will assist the Head of Lettings and be responsible for the supervision of the responsive operational activities associated within the lettings and collections department.
Key Experience
* Team Manager experience
* Experience of Northwest property market and tenants is key
* Dealing with tenants who are either on benefits or universal credit
* Must have excellent IT skills
* ARLA qualifications would be beneficial
Key Duties
* Manage staff (sickness, holidays, ensuring HR procedures followed and staffing issues etc.)
* Manage a team Meet Lettings monthly targets.
* Manage the legal, solicitor and council cases.
* Mange the collections team and meet monthly targets.
* Carry out regular one to ones with staff.
* Motivate, coach and train staff as well as supporting them in their daily tasks.
* Ensure resources are being utilised efficiently (resource management).
* Ensure the department provides high levels of customer service.
* Responsibility for all letting's activities (marketing, enquiries, viewings, inventories, sign ups, TDS paperwork, post tenancy actions etc.).
* Ensure all legal compliance tasks are adhered to.
* Regular quality checks to ensuring all works are carried out to the required standard and all protocols and procedures are followed
* Core departmental targets are met
* Reporting on key statistics and figures in preparation for management meetings
* Any other administrative duties/projects required as per business needs
