The role offers a salary of £28,000–£30,000 per annum, this is a fully office-based setup with flexibility around working hours. This is a full-time role, however part-time hours will be considered for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: * Manage shared inboxes, responding to internal and external enquiries * Match invoices and support with general finance admin tasks * Liaise with suppliers, fleet partners, and service providers * Organise travel arrangements and support event logistics * Order office supplies, uniforms, and equipment * Provide reliable, all-round administrative support across the team Experience Required: * Solid experience in an office administration role * Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills * Excellent written and verbal communication * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word * Confident working independently and taking initiative * Familiarity with basic accounts or working in a fleet-related setting is a bonus, not essential
