Responsibilities
As an Assistant Store Manager you support the Store Manager with the day‑to‑day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.
Inspiring and supporting staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey that reflects our values, you contribute towards the success of the store by:
* Ensuring highest standard of customer service
* Achieving targets
* Maintaining a high standard of visual merchandising
* Maximising sales through physical and digital channels
* Supporting recruitment and development of volunteers
* Achieving expectations within campaign activities
* Working with the manager to generate stock
Qualifications
* Experience in a customer‑facing role
* Supervisory experience
* Commercially driven to encourage new ideas
